Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cameron Speed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Paterson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Speed comes to the cage accompanied by Trivium / Shogun. Paterson has chosen Guerilla Radio by Rage Against The Machine as his entrance music. Cameron Speed had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Speed lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Speed throws a leg kick that misses.
Paterson tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Cameron Speed seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Speed closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Paterson wants to get back to full guard.
Speed takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Speed is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Paterson defends it well.

Paterson refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Paterson's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
