Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Pedrong Bagsik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duke Roufus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pedrong Bagsik has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Pedrong Bagsik! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Duke Roufus! The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Illya Tyunina and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bagsik throws a sloppy head kick and Roufus moves out of range easily. Roufus shoots in looking for a takedown but Bagsik manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Roufus's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Bagsik tries a head kick but it misses.
Bagsik throws a push kick but Roufus slaps the foot to one side. Bagsik lands a nice leg kick that just misses Roufus's sensitive parts. Bagsik thows a body kick. Roufus tries to catch it but that hurt him. A leg kick checked by Roufus. Bagsik gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Roufus to score an easy takedown into full guard. Roufus trying to control the position from guard on top but Bagsik is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Roufus postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bagsik utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Bagsik on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Bagsik tries to get out of the position. Roufus working some strikes from top position. Bagsik avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Roufus throws a big right hand that misses. Roufus postures up in Bagsik's guard and throws a big left but Bagsik blocks it. Roufus missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Bagsik will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Roufus accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Bagsik is breathing heavily. Roufus not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Roufus stands up from Bagsik's guard - Roufus perhaps looking for a knockout.

Roufus tries to bum rush Bagsik with a series of wild strikes but Bagsik uses good footwork to avoid the assault. A head kick misses from Bagsik. Bagsik is looking to chop away at Roufus's legs. Bagsik stuffs the takedown. Roufus drives through with a takedown into Bagsik's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Roufus is in close to Bagsik's body, working some short punches and elbows. Roufus working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. That's four minutes gone in the round. Roufus chips away with some ground and pound. Roufus content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Roufus works over Bagsik with some ground and pound from guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Roufus is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Roufus shoots in and bounces Bagsik off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Roufus throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Bagsik works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Roufus cracks Bagsik with a solid left hand. Roufus trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Bagsik being controlled here, momentarily. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Roufus accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Roufus thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Roufus passes easily into side control. Nice work. Roufus postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Roufus is trying to get an arm triangle but Bagsik is defending well. Roufus in side control, just content to control the action for now. Roufus cracks Bagsik with a big right hand but Bagsik just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. An elbow from Roufus crashes against the mat.
Bagsik knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Roufus on the ground. Roufus remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Roufus's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Roufus trying to control the action but Bagsik is working from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Roufus slows the pace down. Roufus misses with the ground and pound. Bagsik really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. You can see the frustration on Bagsik's face as Roufus controls the position.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Duke Roufus hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Bagsik throws a head kick that misses. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Roufus avoids a kick to the body.
Roufus looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Roufus throwing shots but Bagsik is blocking nicely. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Roufus seems to be working for a kimura but Bagsik defends the submission attempt. Roufus not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

Roufus seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bagsik does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Roufus frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Bagsik in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
Bagsik is rocked! Roufus scoring with strikes but Bagsik is staying in there. Oh Bagsik is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Roufus unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Bagsik wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Roufus celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
