Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Charlie Cote!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Bruno Lombardi and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cote lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Nichols lands a slapping body shot.
Cote drops his hands momentarily and Nichols takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Nichols closes the distance and clinches up with Cote, looking for a takedown. Nichols pushes Cote against the cage but Cote circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Cote closes the distance and lands a one-two.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Cote throws a front kick that sends Nichols stumbling back into the cage.
Cote clinches up with Nichols and pushes him back against the cage.
Cote has hold of one of Nichols's legs. Nichols is fighting the takedown attempt but Cote gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

and Cote counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Cote fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Nichols, pushing him back against the cage.

Cote could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Cote is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Nichols is aware though and is defending well.
Cote pulls Nichols in close to his closed guard and prevents Nichols from doing any damage or advancing position.
Cote is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

That was a close second round but I would say that Charlie Cote will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

I would just about give that final round to Rob Nichols.
