Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Everett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Cardoso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ryan Everett! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Chris Cardoso! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Glass and William Gold.

and Everett counters with a good low kick that Cardoso was not able to check. Cardoso fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Everett dives in and grabs Cardoso's left leg, looking for a takedown. Cardoso pushes down on Everett's head and hops out. Everett pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sloppy strikes from Cardoso. Those never looked like landing. Everett misses with an uppercut. Everett tries for a takedown but Cardoso sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Everett is defended easily by Cardoso. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ryan Everett. That's going to take a lot out of him. The fighters circle momentarily. Cardoso darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

It looks like Ryan Everett has been cut. Cardoso throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Cardoso throws a one two combo.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Nice uppercut lands for Cardoso. That snapped Everett's head back.
Cardoso throws a right hand that Everett ducks under and follows up with a left that Everett also avoids with ease. Everett just misses with a punch to the body.
Everett scores with a crisp jab that stopped Cardoso in his tracks.

Everett is rocked! Cardoso wobbles Everett with a right hand and the left hook that follows puts him on his rear! Cardoso dives in with a huge flying punch that connects right on the button and puts Everett to sleep! - What a violent and spectacular finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Chris Cardoso!
