The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Weiland lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Boshesh backs up against the cage.
Weiland jabs Boshesh to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Weiland connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Boshesh momentarily.
Weiland throws a low kick but Boshesh moves out of range easily.

Boshesh moves into range and clinches up with Weiland.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Weiland wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Boshesh has him pressed against the cage.
Boshesh wants a takedown but no success here.
Boshesh has Weiland pressed against the cage, preventing Weiland from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Boshesh misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Weiland.
Boshesh has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Weiland avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Boshesh goes for a takedown attempt but Weiland pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kim Boshesh. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Weiland wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Boshesh is breathing heavily.
Boshesh walks into a left hand.
Weiland fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Weiland lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Boshesh is looking to close the distance but Weiland sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Boshesh crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Boshesh is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
