Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thor Oakenhorse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Murphy McGee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Oakenhorse comes to the cage accompanied by TechnoViking - TechnoVikiing. McGee has chosen Angel of Death as his entrance music. Murphy McGee will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Thor Oakenhorse! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Murphy McGee! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Anthony Taglia and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McGee tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Oakenhorse paws at him with a jab and circles away. McGee dips to his left and cracks Oakenhorse with an uppercut! Oakenhorse closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into McGee's guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Oakenhorse controls the pace of the fight for a moment. McGee avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Oakenhorse working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of McGee's head. Oakenhorse loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Oakenhorse won't allow McGee to get back to his feet. McGee wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Oakenhorse is now in half guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Oakenhorse not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. McGee is defending against the submission attempts here by Oakenhorse.

That's one minute gone in the round. McGee tries to roll over but Oakenhorse keeps him under control. Oakenhorse not landing any meaningful shots this time. Oakenhorse is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Oakenhorse is trying to control. McGee wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. McGee wants to get back to his feet. Oakenhorse is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! That's two minutes gone in the round. McGee is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Oakenhorse jumps into side control! Oakenhorse is chipping away with strikes.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. You can see the frustration on McGee's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. McGee is pushing Oakenhorse's head away, looking to escape. Oakenhorse manages to hold on to the position though. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if McGee can do anything to dispel that myth. Oakenhorse tries to score with some ground and pound. McGee controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Oakenhorse is trying to get an arm triangle but McGee is defending well. Oakenhorse scores with a couple of short elbows. The ground and pound from Oakenhorse seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Oakenhorse thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Oakenhorse is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but McGee is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Oakenhorse goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, McGee rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Oakenhorse's guard! Nice work there by McGee! McGee trying to control but Oakenhorse is working from the bottom. McGee is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Oakenhorse lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for McGee! Oakenhorse is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but McGee is surviving well by controlling Oakenhorse's body position as best he can. McGee really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Oakenhorse. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's four minutes gone in the round. McGee tries to lock up and control but Oakenhorse gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Oakenhorse is going oldschool here, as he tries to force McGee to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so McGee shrugs it off. McGee tries to reverse the position but Oakenhorse maintains control. Oakenhorse trying to control but he's not successful this time. Oakenhorse looking to finish McGee with some ground and pound. This is bad for McGee! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Oakenhorse lands a big shot there that rocks McGee but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
McGee is bucking up trying to escape but Oakenhorse cracks him with another couple of good strikes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Thor Oakenhorse dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

McGee is rocked! Oakenhorse thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. McGee is still in real trouble! Can Oakenhorse finish him? Oakenhorse lands a big left to the face of McGee, bouncing his head like a basketball. Another shot from Oakenhorse and another - McGee is out! Oakenhorse stands up and salutes his fans, who are going crazy in the stands.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:27 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Thor Oakenhorse!
