Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Remo Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Janos Prohaska (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Williams might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Remo Williams Theme. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Remo Williams! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Janos Prohaska! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Prohaska throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Prohaska fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Williams throws a body punch but Prohaska moves out of range. Jab from Prohaska. Prohaska tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Williams was well out of range. Poor timing from Prohaska. Williams ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Prohaska moves away. A punch combination from Prohaska misses. Williams showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Prohaska.
Prohaska swings away with a leg kick that misses. Prohaska throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Williams tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Williams ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Prohaska moves away. Williams ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Prohaska moves away. Prohaska throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
This has been an exciting period of action! No joy there for Prohaska, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Prohaska slips a jab from Williams. Remo Williams is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Williams throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
That kick from Prohaska tenderised Williams's leg. Williams is trying to keep his angry face on. Prohaska lands with a cross. Williams just misses with a punch to the body.
Williams dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Prohaska showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Williams.
Williams falls off balance throwing a combination
and Prohaska counters with a one-two to the body. Williams misses with a wild body shot. Prohaska swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Remo Williams seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A combination from Prohaska does no damage. Prohaska throws a head kick that misses. Williams feints a jab promting Prohaska to slip. Williams then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Prohaska slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
It looks like Janos Prohaska has been cut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Prohaska throws a series of punches but Williams moves out of range. Some wild striking there from Prohaska.
Williams throws a right and a left that Prohaska avoids nicely. Prohaska gets cracked there but stands up to it.

A punch combination from Prohaska misses. Williams is looking to wear down Prohaska with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Williams misses with a few strikes there.
Williams throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Williams misses with the combination.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Williams avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Williams misses the shot to the body. Prohaska loads up on a big right hand but Williams slips the punch. A looping hook to the body misses from Williams. Prohaska does a little dance to reset his feet. Williams throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Williams fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Prohaska manages to avoid it. Williams throws the left hand but Prohaska avoids the punch easily. A combination from Prohaska does no damage. Prohaska uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Williams.
Prohaska will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Williams misses with a double jab
and Prohaska counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Williams's guard now. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Prohaska loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Prohaska won't allow Williams to sweep him here. Prohaska distracts Williams with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Prohaska is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Prohaska stopping the sweep attempt from Williams. Williams knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Prohaska on the ground. Prohaska scoring with punches to the head and body. Prohaska slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Williams on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Williams tries to get out of the position. Prohaska throwing strikes from guard but Williams blocks nicely. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Prohaska postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Prohaska drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Williams utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Prohaska trying to control the position from guard on top but Williams is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Prohaska with a flurry of punches that miss. Williams controls Prohaska momentarily but Prohaska frees himself. Prohaska tries to free his leg and advance position but Williams is retaining full guard. Prohaska sitting in guard, not really doing much. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Janos Prohaska hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Prohaska changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Williams tries to avoid it but Prohaska manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Williams to the ground. Williams escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Janos Prohaska seems to be getting the better of the standup.
That's one minute gone in the round. Williams throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Prohaska sees it coming and avoids it easily. A combination from Williams does no damage. Williams misses with a body shot.
A lazy left from Williams finds it's target. Williams tries to bum rush Prohaska with a series of wild strikes but Prohaska uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Some wild striking there from Prohaska.

and Prohaska takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Prohaska dives in and grabs Williams's left leg, looking for a takedown. Williams pushes down on Prohaska's head and hops out. Williams misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Prohaska takes a body punch but keeps moving. Williams jabbing away but nothing is landing. Williams lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Prohaska circles away quickly and effectively. No joy there for Williams, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Williams misses the shot to the body. Prohaska dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Williams. That did some damage! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Williams misses with a double jab.

Prohaska was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Prohaska lands with a good body shot. Prohaska looks to score with a jab to the body but Williams is just out of range. Williams pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Williams checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Prohaska jabs Williams to the body, keeping him at a distance. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Prohaska shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Williams manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Prohaska trying to control the position from guard on top but Williams is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Prohaska postures up and lands a big shot to Williams's brow. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Williams looking to control but Prohaska passes into half guard.
Williams has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Prohaska is working away from the top position though. Prohaska working over Williams with some ground and pound. Williams looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Prohaska looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Williams with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Williams on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Prohaska wants to lay and pray for a moment but Williams keeps working. Williams wants to control but Prohaska is keeping busy and won't allow it. Prohaska passes to full mount! Williams keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Prohaska looking to control but Williams is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. The referee warns Williams that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Prohaska has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Prohaska landing strikes, looking to finish! Prohaska scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Williams?
