Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bob Finch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mick Pringle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bob Finch is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bob Finch! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mick Pringle! The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, David Schapiro and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pringle manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Finch on his heels. He'll look to pass Finch's guard now, I'm sure. Pringle wants to stand and escape but instead Finch has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Pringle has his hands on Finch's head, controlling the position. Pringle throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Finch trying to control the position from guard on top but Pringle is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Pringle seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Finch wants to control from the top but Pringle keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bob Finch has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Finch misses the jab. Pringle connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Finch thows a leg kick but Pringle checks it and Pringle counters with a single leg into guard. Finch didn't expect that. Pringle trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Pringle controls from within his opponent's guard. Pringle in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Pringle postures up and lands a big shot to Finch's brow. Finch being controlled here, momentarily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Mick Pringle wasn't active enough on the ground. Finch walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Pringle checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Pringle fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Finch to the ground. Pringle is now in Finch's guard. Finch trying to control the position.
Pringle slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pringle got a little sloppy there for a moment and Finch has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Pringle has managed to get both his arms back between Finch's legs - danger averted. Pringle trying to control the position from guard on top but Finch is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Finch had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Pringle defends it easily. Pringle tries to free his leg and advance position but Finch is retaining full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Finch not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Finch is looking for a triangle but Pringle pushes his legs off easily.
Pringle is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Pringle trying to control but Finch is working from the bottom. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Mick Pringle wasn't active enough on the ground. Pringle doesn't manage to clinch there - Finch circles away.
Pringle tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Finch manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Finch misses with a body kick. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mick Pringle dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Pringle gets the takedown into side control. Pringle working away. Pringle content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pringle trying to control the action but Finch is working from the bottom. Pringle happy to just control the position for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pringle decides to stand up, so the ref orders Finch to his feet. Pringle tries to clinch there but Finch circles away.
Finch rushes Pringle and presses him up against the cage. Pringle tries to break the clinch but Finch is controlling the position. Pringle breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Pringle throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Finch lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Pringle looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Pringle is breathing heavily. Pringle trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Finch manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Pringle keeping moving, preventing Finch from controlling successfully. Pringle really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Finch. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Pringle looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Finch has picked Pringle up and slammed him! Pringle can't keep hold of the triangle and Finch manages to pass to side control! Finch is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Pringle looks calm but he's in trouble here. Finch gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Pringle is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Finch lets go of the hold and Pringle can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:52 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Bob Finch!
