Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Gary Owens!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Chris Edwards and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vinicios stuffs the takedown attempt from Owens. Owens gets slowly back to his feet.
Owens avoids a punch combination nicely.
Owens fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Vinicios throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Left hook, right uppercut from Vinicios.
Vinicios closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
A right hand to the body from Vinicios.
Owens prevents Vinicios from breaking the clinch.
The is referee keeping an eye on Vinicios - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
A short right from Vinicios.
Vinicios tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Vinicios trying to land knees to the body.
Owens drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Vinicios gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Marius Vinicios has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gary Owens.
Vinicios is trying to break the clinch but Owens has him pressed against the cage.
Owens looking to stall.

Vinicios stalls.

Vinicios is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Owens gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Owens breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Owens thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Vinicios if he has to take too many more of those.
Vinicios rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Owens moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A clash of legs there as Owens blocks the low kick.
Vinicios misses with a takedown attempt
and Owens counters with a nice double leg into side control. Vinicios won't be happy with that.
Vinicios is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Vinicios is looking to escape.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Well, if Owens is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Vinicios is breathing heavily.
Vinicios is looking for a sweep. Owens is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Vinicios is trying to maintain the position but Owens is very close to passing his half guard.
Vinicios avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Owens.

Owens decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Owens avoids the head kick by Vinicios.
Vinicios misses with a wild combination.
Vinicios throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Owens changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Vinicios looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Vinicios trying his best to control but Owens has mounted him.
Owens tries to control but Vinicios wriggling away.

Vinicios really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Owens stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Vinicios gets a clinch.
Owens tightens his grip and picks Vinicios up, before dumping him to the ground. Vinicios manages to land in guard.
Owens trying to control but Vinicios is working from the bottom.
Owens stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Vinicios swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Owens drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Owens as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Vinicios screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Owens! Nice submission victory there!
