Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ankai Mitsuomi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jesse McCoy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Ankai Mitsuomi has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ankai Mitsuomi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jesse McCoy! The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Hirohito Nitta and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mitsuomi misses with a series of wild punches.
Mitsuomi connects with an inside leg kick. Mitsuomi misses with a body kick. Mitsuomi tries to clinch up and McCoy counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. McCoy looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Mitsuomi with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. McCoy with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. McCoy thows a huge punch but Mitsuomi dodges it nicely.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Mitsuomi is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but McCoy pulls his head out easily. Mitsuomi wants to get back to his feet.
Mitsuomi is not content to let McCoy control the position. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! McCoy slips a nice elbow through Mitsuomi's hands, connecting with Mitsuomi's forehead.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mitsuomi tries to roll over but McCoy keeps him under control. Mitsuomi looking for submissions off his back. Ground and pound from McCoy. McCoy looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Mitsuomi with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Mitsuomi tries to kick McCoy off but McCoy keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Mitsuomi on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Mitsuomi really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Mitsuomi is rocked! McCoy seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Oh Mitsuomi is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! McCoy really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mitsuomi. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. McCoy is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Mitsuomi is hurt! He's hurt bad - McCoy fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Mitsuomi from any more punishment! Congratulations to McCoy! Great finish!
