The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Du Plessis fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Jellcin avoids it really well and circles away.
Du Plessis lands a nice shot that snaps Jellcin's head back.
Jellcin throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Jellcin really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Jellcin wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Jellcin lands with a kick to the temple. Du Plessis shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Du Plessis lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Jellcin or not.
