The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Aafke Stam and Daniel Blasius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevenson misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Teg tries to clinch up but Stevenson circles away and keeps his distance.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Stevenson shoots in for a double leg but Teg sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

and Stevenson decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Teg's guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Teg moves in looking to clinch but Stevenson pushes him off.

That was a close round but I would say that Deron Stevenson will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Stevenson postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Stevenson throws a strike but Teg rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Stevenson has a hand on Teg's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Teg takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Stevenson can't escape the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Stevenson's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.


Teg stuffs the takedown attempt from Stevenson. Stevenson gets slowly back to his feet.

Teg tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Stevenson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
