Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dim Mak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Fury (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Dim Mak!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Nick Fury!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, William Gold and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mak moves out of range of the leg kick from Fury.
Fury misses with a series of wild punches.
Fury shoots in for a takedown but Mak shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Fury throws a right hand that Mak ducks under and follows up with a left that Mak also avoids with ease.
Mak misses with a wild body shot.
Fury tries to clinch up but Mak circles away and keeps his distance.
Fury looks for a takedown but Mak sprawls well.
Fury fails with the takedown.
Dim Mak has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nick Fury.
Fury misses with a few strikes there.
Fury slips a jab from Mak.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Fury scores to the head and body with a nice combination!


It looks like Dim Mak has been cut.
Fury throws a leg kick that misses.
Fury steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Mak.
Fury ducks right into an uppercut from Mak.
Fury tries to land a leg kick but Mak saw it coming and moves away.
Nick Fury seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fury tries to clinch but Mak is having none of it.

Mak shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Mak decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Fury, up you get!

Fury closes the distance and clinches.
Mak misses with a punch on the inside.

Mak breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Fury shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Mak pinned against the cage. Mak gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Fury throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

Fury throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Fury looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
That kick from Fury tenderised Mak's leg. Mak is trying to keep his angry face on.
Fury is looking to clinch.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Fury.
Fury shoots in for a double leg but Mak sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Fury is looking to score with low kicks.
Fury ducks under a wild hook from Mak.

Mak swings widly with a right hand
and Fury counters with a left to the body.
Fury throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Mak.
Fury connects with a good right hand that stumbles Mak. Mak circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Mak gets tackled into the cage by Fury. Fury maintains the clinch.
Fury wants to break free but Mak has control.
Mak misses with a short punch on the inside.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Fury can't get the takedown.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Mak fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Mak tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Fury tries to break the clinch but Mak is controlling the position.
Fury goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Nick Fury dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Dim Mak's cut.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Fury throws the kick towards the body but Mak avoids it.
Fury looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Fury closes the distance and pushes Mak back into the cage.
Fury is looking for a takedown.
Mak softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
Fury is trying to drag Mak to the mat but Mak just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Dim Mak has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nick Fury.
Fury wants to get back to striking at distance but Mak won't allow it.
A short body shot lands from Mak as the two fighters clinch.

Fury is trying to push Mak away but Mak has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Mak makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Fury throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Fury moves in looking to clinch but Mak pushes him off.
Mak blocks a head kick by Fury.
Mak avoids the head kick by Fury.
A combination from Fury does no damage.
Fury attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Mak misses with a jab, cross combination.
Mak throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Fury sees it coming and avoids it easily.
That kick from Fury tenderised Mak's leg. Mak is trying to keep his angry face on.
Fury dives in and grabs Mak's left leg, looking for a takedown. Mak pushes down on Fury's head and hops out.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Fury swats away the attempt to clinch by Mak.
No joy there for Fury, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Fury has a takedown stuffed.
Mak throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Fury.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Fury throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mak's waist but Mak gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Fury off to one side.
Nick Fury seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Fury is breathing heavily.
Mak scores with a crisp jab that stopped Fury in his tracks.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Dim Mak will probably get the nod.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!


Fury looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mak is fending him off so far but Fury persists. Nope, Mak circles away and we're back to standing.
Mak with a jab.
Fury misses with a jab, cross combination.
Mak shoots for a double leg takedown but Fury sprawls well. He's pushed Mak's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Mak throws a series of punches but Fury moves out of range.
Mak avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Fury will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Mak thuds his right hand into Fury's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Fury throws a head kick that misses
and Mak counters with a series of strikes. Fury will be more careful next time no doubt.

Fury uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Mak.

Fury closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Mak gets full guard.
Fury stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mak swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Fury being controlled here momentarily.
Fury wants to control from the top but Mak keeps moving.
Fury looking to sit in guard and control but Mak gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Mak stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Fury throws a combination. Mak tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Fury tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mak swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Good work by Mak as he checks the leg kick.
Fury doesn't manage to clinch there - Mak circles away.
Mak leaves Fury with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Fury looks for the body kick but Mak saw that one coming.
Fury keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Mak.

Mak just misses with a punch to the body.

Mak tries to keep at a distance but Fury has taken the fight into the clinch.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Fury takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Fury tries to throw a body punch but Mak avoids it by throwing Fury back against the cage.

Fury has had enough of the clinch but Mak keeps him there for the moment.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Fury gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Mak regains guard.
Fury is fighting to break Mak's control of his arms but Mak is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Mak wants to sweep but no luck.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Fury trying to control the position from guard on top but Mak is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Mak has control of Fury's left arm, preventing Fury from doing any damage.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Nick Fury.
I think Fury has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
