Morris kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Let The Bodies Hit The Floor. Masqual has chosen Survivor - Eye Of The Tiger as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morris showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Masqual.
Masqual thows a body shot but no joy.
Morris misses with a head kick.
Masqual closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Morris to the mat! Morris manages to get full guard.
Masqual trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Morris had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Masqual defends it easily.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Masqual accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Morris lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Masqual!

Morris lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Morris has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Morris trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Morris has hold of Masqual's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Masqual manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Morris looking to control but Masqual is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Masqual takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

It looks like Bennito Masqual has been cut.

Masqual is squirming around, avoiding Morris's attempts to control the action.
Morris is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Masqual goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Morris!
