Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Momochi Zabuza!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Torn throws a looping overhand right but Zabuza ducks down to avoid it.
Zabuza ducks under a wild hook from Torn.
Zabuza wants to clinch but Torn slips to the side
and Torn counters with a two punch combo.
Zabuza tries to close the distance and clinch but Torn swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Torn throws a head kick that misses.
Zabuza looks to clinch
and Torn counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Zabuza thinking.
Torn throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Zabuza.
Zabuza takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Zabuza tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Torn was well out of range. Poor timing from Zabuza.
Zabuza moves to clinch but Torn breaks away
and Torn counters with a left and a right that stings Zabuza.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Zabuza tries to clinch up.
Zabuza is looking to clinch but Torn is avoiding it.
Torn scores with a nice strike.
Zabuza moves to clinch but Torn breaks away
and Torn counters with a right hand to the body.

Torn looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Torn throws a push kick but Zabuza slaps the foot to one side.
The fight stays on the outside here - Zabuza looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Torn throws a sloppy head kick and Zabuza moves out of range easily.
Zabuza feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Torn's calf.
Zabuza tries to close the distance and clinch but Torn swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Momochi Zabuza seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Zabuza tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Torn manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Zabuza doesn't manage to clinch there - Torn circles away.
Zabuza wants to clinch up but Torn keeps it at a distance.
Torn throws a right hand that Zabuza ducks under and follows up with a left that Zabuza also avoids with ease.
Zabuza tries to close the distance and clinch up but Torn swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Zabuza is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

It looks like Jake Torn has been cut.
Torn throws a right hand that Zabuza ducks under and follows up with a left that Zabuza also avoids with ease.
Zabuza tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Torn counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Zabuza closes the distance looking to clinch
and Zabuza takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Torn scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Zabuza tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Torn throws a right and a left that Zabuza avoids nicely.
Torn tries to bum rush Zabuza with a series of wild strikes but Zabuza uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Zabuza pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Zabuza slips a jab and a cross from Torn.

Zabuza lands a high kick to the side of Torn's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Zabuza dives into guard, looking to finish.
Zabuza must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Zabuza wants to control from the top but Torn keeps moving.
Torn wants to stand but Zabuza is controlling the position.
Zabuza trying to control the position from guard on top but Torn is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Zabuza wants to pass the guard but Torn is keeping the position.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Momochi Zabuza wasn't active enough on the ground.
Zabuza scores with a head kick. Torn tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.


Jake Torn's cut is getting worse.
Zabuza throws a head kick but Torn moves out of range.
Zabuza tries to clinch up
and Torn counters with a left to the body.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Zabuza is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Torn.
Zabuza tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Torn paws at him with a jab and circles away.
No joy there for Torn, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Zabuza! Torn is out on his feet! Zabuza rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Torn is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Torn is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:18 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Momochi Zabuza!
An out of breath Momochi Zabuza thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
