Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marco Marcolini (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kastriot Skenderbeu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marcolini comes to the cage accompanied by Raffaella Carra - Rumore. Skenderbeu has chosen Back In Black as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Marco Marcolini!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
14 - 10 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Kastriot Skenderbeu!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Anni Minnemäki and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marcolini digs a good hook to Skenderbeu's body.
Marcolini dodges the punch combination from Skenderbeu.
Marcolini looks for the body kick but Skenderbeu saw that one coming.
Skenderbeu lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Marcolini circles away quickly and effectively.
Marcolini connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Skenderbeu tumbling to the canvas! Marcolini pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Skenderbeu was done - good stoppage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Marco Marcolini!
In his post fight interview, Marco Marcolini started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
