Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dave Hall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Pulver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hall comes into the arena with Wolfmother - Colossal blaring out of the sound system. Tommy Pulver has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Dave Hall's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dave Hall!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tommy Pulver!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, John Mangel and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pulver misses with a wild combination.
A punch combination from Pulver misses.
Pulver throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Pulver throws a combination that misses
and Hall counters with a slapping leg kick.
Hall avoids a punch combination nicely.
Pulver falls off balance throwing a combination
and Hall cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Hall, right into the meat.
Pulver rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hall moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Tommy Pulver seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pulver has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Hall.
Pulver gets the takedown into side control.
Pulver looks gassed!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hall is trying to control Pulver's posture but Pulver avoids it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hall is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Pulver's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Pulver thows a huge punch but Hall dodges it nicely.
Pulver prevents Hall from improving his position.
Hall holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
Hall is looking to escape.
Still in half guard, Pulver seems content to control.
Pulver wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hall keeps working.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Tommy Pulver wasn't active enough on the ground.
Pulver thows a leg kick but Hall checks it
and Hall counters with a head kick. That will keep Pulver thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Pulver!
Pulver takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Hall circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Pulver drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Hall follows Pulver to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dave Hall!
A relieved looking Dave Hall thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
