The crowd seem to be enjoying Tweedy's choice of entrance music: Hard Act To Follow. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, John Mangel and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alonso wants to clinch up but Tweedy keeps it at a distance.
Alonso clinches up with Tweedy and pushes him back against the cage.
Alonso gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Tweedy.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Alonso obliges.
Alonso lands with a light punch inside.
Tweedy takes a knee to the side of the body.
Tweedy looks gassed!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Alonso gets through Tweedy's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Alonso unloads a knee to the mid-section.

Alonso lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Tweedy.
Alonso lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Tweedy backwards.
Alonso lands a nice elbow.
It looks like Ben Tweedy has been cut.

Still in the clinch, Alonso scores with a nice short uppercut.

Alonso throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.

Alonso works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Alonso pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Alonso dances in with a quick combination. Tweedy is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Alonso snaps Tweedy's head back. Tweedy stumbles backwards against the cage. Alonso steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Tweedy's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Tweedy just didn't come prepared.
