Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Macey throws a half hearted mid kick.
Lipsky looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Macey fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Lipsky checks it well.

Macey shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Macey showed some decent athleticism there.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Lipsky can do anything to dispel that myth.
Macey wants to free his trapped foot but Lipsky is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Macey is working for a submission of some sort.
Lipsky regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Macey.

Lipsky throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Lipsky tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Macey paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Lipsky lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Macey has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Macey and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Lipsky chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Macey can pounce on him.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Frank Macey wasn't doing enough on the ground.
A head kick misses from Lipsky.
Lipsky uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Macey.
Macey avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Lipsky just misses with a punch to the body.
Macey shoots in but no luck this time.
Macey fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Lipsky has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Macey.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
A head kick misses from Lipsky.
Lipsky does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Macey will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Lipsky throws a low kick but Macey moves out of range easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Matt Lipsky seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Macey on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Lipsky scores with the left hand. Macey knows he should have avoided that one.

Lipsky lands with a kick to the temple. Macey shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Lipsky smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

It looks like Frank Macey has been cut.
No joy there for Lipsky, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Lipsky misses with a few strikes there.
Matt Lipsky is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Macey drops his hands momentarily and Lipsky takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Lipsky scores with a jab to the body.
Lipsky blocks a jab.
Macey checks the leg kick.
Lipsky lands with a hook. Macey tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Lipsky lands a big head kick that sends Macey tumbling to the mat! Lipsky takes a step backwards and waves Macey back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Lipsky drops Macey with a big left hand! Macey is injured, injured bad! Lipsky jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
