Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Illya Tyunina and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Royal throws a leg kick that misses.
Royal tries a head kick but it misses.
Goive moves out of range of the body kick.
Royal throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
It looks like Charles Goive has been cut.
Goive doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Royal counters with a nice uppercut.
Goive takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Goive shoots and misses
and Royal counters with a left and a right that stings Goive.
Royal moves into range and connects with a jab.
Goive fails to land the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Charles Goive. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Goive on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Goive is breathing heavily.
Royal lands with a kick to the temple. Goive shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Royal lands with a good body shot.
Goive takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Royal cracks Goive's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Goive slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Royal can do further damage! This one is done, son!

During a confident post fight interview, Shiro Royal thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
