Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ryan OReily! The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Mauricio Rocha and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Leites throws a body kick that misses. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from OReily. OReily shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. OReily showed some decent athleticism there. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Leites tries to regain full guard. Instead though, OReily has advanced to mount. Uh oh. OReily wants to control the pace but Leites is squirming around nicely. Leites can't escape the position.
OReily tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Leites is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Leites is trying to reverse the position but instead OReily has taken his back - oops! I would not like to be Leites right now.

Leites is squirming around, avoiding OReily's attempts to control the action. OReily manages to capitalize on a mistake by Leites to take his back! OReily controlling from the back. The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Ryan OReily wasn't active enough on the ground. OReily is trying hard to land a takedown here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. OReily gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Leites is breathing heavily. This has been an exciting period of action! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. OReily trying to control but Leites postures up.

Ryan OReily dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
OReily doesn't succeed with the takedown and Leites counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for OReily! OReily gets back to half guard. OReily is trying to maintain the position but Leites is very close to passing his half guard. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Leites lands a nice short elbow. OReily trying to control but Leites postures up.
OReily is looking to get back to full guard here but Leites has managed to pass to side control instead. OReily is positioning himself to get back to half guard. I wouldn't like to be where OReily is right now. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Leites is not content to let OReily control the position. Ryan OReily has got the better of the ground game so far.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Ryan OReily. OReily shoots in for a takedown but Leites shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. OReily fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Thales Leites has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ryan OReily. Nice takedown defense from Leites. No joy for OReily on that attempt. OReily shoots in looking for a takedown. Leites tries to sprawl out of it but OReily keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Leites manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Leites shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches OReily napping and manages to drive through into side control!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Leites working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Leites landing a few strikes. OReily managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Leites.
OReily is looking to regain half guard here but Leites keeps moving and retains side control. OReily parries the strikes from Leites easily there. Leites is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable OReily to escape.
OReily is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Leites lands a nice short elbow. OReily is looking to control Leites's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can OReily avoid being mounted? Leites is looking for a kimura here.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Leites takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Leites not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Leites sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. OReily defending well though. Leites is thwarting OReily's attempts to control the position. Leites missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. OReily trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Leites is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. OReily can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. OReily wants to hold on but Leites pushes him away. Leites trying to control but he's not successful this time. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Thales Leites will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

OReily keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Let's hope that OReily has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Leites is looking to take a break and control but OReily is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. OReily regains half guard. Leites trying to mount his opponent but OReily defends it. Leites has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's two minutes gone in the round. OReily is pressing down on Leites's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. OReily has his hands on Leites's head, controlling the position. OReily wants to stand and escape but Leites is having none of it. OReily wants to sweep but no luck. OReily is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Leites defends well. OReily has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Leites can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Leites postures up in OReily's guard and throws a big left but OReily blocks it.

OReily utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. OReily is trying to keep Leites in close.
Leites trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Leites wants to control from the top but OReily keeps moving. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. OReily closes the distance and clinches up with Leites, looking for a takedown. OReily pushes Leites against the cage but Leites circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Leites changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. OReily looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Leites looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
That's four minutes gone in the round. OReily holding on. Leites working away. OReily is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. OReily gets full guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Leites won't allow OReily to sweep him here. Leites throws a big right hand that misses. OReily looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Leites throws a strike but OReily rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Leites working for a triangle but OReily defends it easily.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Ryan OReily. Well OReily has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Ryan OReily! After the fight, Ryan OReily was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
