Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ruben Wiki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Herbie Versmellon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wiki comes to the ring accompanied by laws against love. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yukihiro Shimada and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wiki dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Versmellon. That did some damage!
Versmellon avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Wiki takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Versmellon lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Wiki has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Wiki and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Some bone on bone action there as Versmellon checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Versmellon blocks a jab.

No joy there for Wiki, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Wiki wants to slow Versmellon down by chopping away at his legs.
Wiki throws the kick towards the body but Versmellon avoids it.

Versmellon takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Versmellon misses with a body kick.
Versmellon throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Versmellon on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Versmellon throws the kick towards the body but Wiki avoids it.

Wiki dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Versmellon. That did some damage!

Wiki lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Versmellon circles away quickly and effectively.
Wiki misses the shot to the body.
Wiki cracks Versmellon with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Wiki has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Versmellon to stand back up!
Versmellon is rocked!
Versmellon walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Versmellon limp body while Wiki jumps on to the ropes and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
