Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jamie Ellis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and True Vengeance (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Jamie Ellis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, True Vengeance! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Paul Tew and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fight stays on the outside here - Ellis looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Ellis misses with a combination
and Vengeance counters with a combination of strikes to the head and body that crumple Ellis! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Vengeance thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Ellis's head. Vengeance works his way into full mount! Ellis keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Vengeance is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Ellis to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Ellis shrugs it off. Ellis holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Vengeance tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Ellis is desperately trying to improve his position but Vengeance has a good base and remains in mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Vengeance trying to control but he's not successful this time. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ellis really wants to buck Vengeance off and get back to his feet. Vengeance misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Ellis is looking to get to half guard. Ellis wants to hold on but Vengeance pushes him away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Vengeance thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Ellis wants to control but Vengeance is having none of it. Vengeance prevents Ellis from getting the reversal. Vengeance has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Vengeance looking to ground and pound but Ellis is blocking nicely. Ellis blocking the ground and pound. Vengeance postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Ellis looks a forlorn figure.
Ellis tries to lock up and control but Vengeance gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Vengeance landing punches. Vengeance goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Ellis is on top in guard.
Vengeance has a closed guard, preventing Ellis from standing up. Ellis scoring with punches to the head and body. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Vengeance keeping moving, preventing Ellis from controlling successfully. Ellis slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Ellis in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ellis would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Vengeance is looking for a triangle but Ellis pushes his legs off easily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Ellis is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Vengeance has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Ellis is looking to defend but Vengeance has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Ellis! Vengeance pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Ellis taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). True Vengeance!
