Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 0 - 1, fighting out of London, Pvt. Dino Paparelli!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Paul Aken and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fitz misses with a takedown attempt
and Paparelli finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Paparelli throws a leg kick which misses Fitz's front leg but catches the back leg as Fitz tries to avoid it.
Paparelli lands with a thumping leg kick.
Donk. Paparelli catches Fitz right on the button with a cross.
Fitz has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Paparelli.
A good leg kick by Paparelli.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Paparelli misses with a kick to the body.
Fitz fails with the takedown
and Paparelli counters with a lovely straight right hand!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Fitz.

Fitz wants to clinch up but Paparelli keeps it at a distance.
Fitz doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Paparelli counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Fitz is breathing heavily.
Fitz gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Paparelli to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Fitz is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Paparelli is aware though and is defending well.
Paparelli trying to control the position from guard on top but Fitz is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Paparelli with a flurry of punches that miss.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Paparelli postures up and lands a big shot to Fitz's brow.
Paparelli pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Fitz is keeping the position for now.
Fitz looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Fitz looking for a guillotine here but Paparelli defends easily.

Paparelli loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Paparelli slips nicely into half guard.
Fitz looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Paparelli really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Fitz. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Paparelli stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Fitz to get to his feet.
Paparelli lands a body shot.
Paparelli fakes the leg kick and cracks Fitz in the body.

Paparelli comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Good leg kick by Paparelli there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Fitz. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
A jab from Paparelli does it's job there.
It looks like Bradley Fitz has been cut.
Paparelli thumps Fitz with a low kick.
Paparelli lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Nice straight punches there by Paparelli. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Paparelli.
Paparelli connects with a crisp jab.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Fitz takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Paparelli throws a nice inside leg kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Paparelli lands a nice shot to the body.
Paparelli throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.

Paparelli delivers a nice body kick.
Paparelli keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Paparelli connects with a leg kick. Fitz looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Fitz has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Paparelli.

Paparelli misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

A jab lands there for Paparelli.
Paparelli lands with a shot to the body.
Nice shot lands for Paparelli.
Paparelli bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Paparelli has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Fitz is working to avoid the ground and pound but Paparelli connects with a decent elbow.

Paparelli in side control, just content to control the action for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Paparelli is trying to get an arm triangle but Fitz is defending well.

Fitz is looking for a sweep.
You can see the frustration on Fitz's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Bradley Fitz's cut is getting worse.
Paparelli moves into full mount!
Paparelli has hold of Fitz's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Fitz manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Fitz is trying to escape the mount.
Paparelli pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Bradley Fitz's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Paparelli tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Fitz is working to get back to half guard.
The referee warns Fitz that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Jeez, Bradley Fitz's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Bradley Fitz's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
