Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Eddie Dean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hades Underworld (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Dean might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Eminem - Till I Collapse. Underworld has chosen Mr. Torture as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Eddie Dean had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Underworld lands a really nice looking cross but Dean seems unphased.
Eddie Dean seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice defenses there by Underworld.
Dean changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Nice body punch from Underworld.
A nice combination there by Underworld.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Underworld works Dean's body with a nice hook.
Dean gets a takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Dean stalling away here and it's allowed Underworld to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
Dean throws an elbow that misses. Underworld uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Dean's guard. Nice move by Underworld!

Dean wants to get back to his feet but Underworld is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Underworld trying to control but Dean is working from the bottom.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Hades Underworld.
Underworld leaves Dean with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Dean showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Underworld.
Sloppy strikes from Dean. Those never looked like landing.

Dean throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Underworld lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Underworld clinches up against the cage.
Underworld goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Underworld lands a shoulder strike.
Underworld tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Dean's elbow.
Dean blocks an uppercut.
Underworld gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Underworld slows the pace down in half guard.
Underworld trying to control the action but Dean is working from the bottom.

Underworld thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Dean's head.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Hades Underworld has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Dean looks for the body kick but Underworld saw that one coming.
Dean takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Dean just misses with a punch to the body.
Underworld with a nice cross.
Nice takedown defense from Underworld. No joy for Dean on that attempt.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Underworld bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Dean's head backwards.
Dean drops his hands momentarily and Underworld needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Dean just on the top of the head. Dean drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Dean - he's done!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Hades Underworld! Hades Underworld retains his middleweight title!
Hades Underworld gave a mention to [EVO] Koffin Inc. *Laundry Available* in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
