Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rusty Halo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hezekiah Stoltfus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stoltfus comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The Chase kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stoltfus takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Stoltfus throws a head kick but Halo moves out of range.
Halo scoring well with a low kick there.
Halo moves out of range of the leg kick from Stoltfus.
Halo throws a leg kick which misses Stoltfus's front leg but catches the back leg as Stoltfus tries to avoid it.
Halo scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Halo throws a half hearted mid kick.
Stoltfus throws out a loose jab but Halo uses good head movement to avoid it.
A low kick from Stoltfus misses
letting Halo counter with a right hand.
Stoltfus blocks the body kick.

The fighters circling - Halo throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Stoltfus ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Halo moves away.
Some bone on bone action there as Stoltfus checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

and Halo counters with a nice low kick that buckles Stoltfus's knee momentarily.
Halo wants to land a leg kick but Stoltfus is out of range.
Nice sprawl there from Halo as Stoltfus shoots in.
Halo keeps the fight on the outside.
Stoltfus fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Halo manages to avoid it.
Halo misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Halo fails to land with a series of punches.
Halo blocks the body kick.
Stoltfus throws a leg kick but Halo sees it coming and moves out of range.

Stoltfus scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Halo pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Stoltfus tries to clinch up but Halo circles away and keeps his distance.
Halo throws a lazy right hand but Stoltfus sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Halo throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Stoltfus's head.
Halo connects with the punch.
Halo takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Stoltfus blocks a head kick by Halo.
Stoltfus scores with a nice head shot.
Halo throws a nice head kick!
Stoltfus takes a kick to the side of the head.
Stoltfus fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Halo is out of range.
Rusty Halo is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Stoltfus avoids the head kick by Halo.

Stoltfus throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Stoltfus pivots, looking for a leg kick but Halo is out of range and Stoltfus settles back down.
Stoltfus lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Halo throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
enabling Stoltfus to counter with a crisp jab.
Halo is breathing heavily.
Stoltfus tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Halo checks a low kick from Stoltfus.
Stoltfus moves out of range of the leg kick from Halo.
Rusty Halo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stoltfus lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Halo at a distance.
Stoltfus lands with an uppercut that bounces Halo off the cage and back into range.

Halo uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Stoltfus.

Halo throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

A slapping leg kick lands for Stoltfus.
Halo walks into a stiff left hand from Stoltfus.
An inside leg kick from Stoltfus misses.
Halo goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Stoltfus delivers a nice body kick.

Stoltfus knocks Halo to the floor with a head kick! Can he finish him!?

Halo is rocked!
Stoltfus sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Halo is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Oh Halo is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Stoltfus thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Halo seems to have got his legs back now.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Stoltfus working the ground and pound but Halo is defending the strikes.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hezekiah Stoltfus dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Stoltfus lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Halo falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
