Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tom Sawyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Slawek Tall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sawyer throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Tall was covering up waiting for the punch and Sawyer finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Tall not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Tall managing to control the position.
Tall keeping full guard, as Sawyer tries to pass.
Sawyer wants to control from the top but Tall keeps moving.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Tall fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Sawyer drives through and clinches with Tall against the cage.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Tall is fighting off a takedown attempt but Sawyer is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Tall to the mat. Tall regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Sawyer drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Sawyer jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Sawyer stands and throws Tall's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Tall is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

Sawyer tries for a kimura but Tall is defending well.
Sawyer cracks Tall with a big elbow.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Tall can't do much from the bottom here.
Sawyer will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Sawyer tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Sawyer has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Tall darts in and clinches Sawyer up against the cage.
Sawyer is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Tall is keeping busy.

Tall has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Sawyer is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Tall tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Tall is pressed up against the cage. Sawyer has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Tall down to the mat. Tall avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Sawyer shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Tall as he avoids it easily.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Sawyer throws a combination. Tall tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Sawyer tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Sawyer, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
