The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clarke gets the takedown into side control.
Cohen parries the strikes from Clarke easily there. Clarke is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Cohen to escape.
Clarke will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Clarke in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Clarke throws a strike aimed at the side of Cohen's head but Cohen avoids it well.
Clarke looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Cohen is avoiding damage well.
Clarke really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Clarke throws an elbow but Cohen slips to the side and avoids it well.
Cohen is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Clarke working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Cohen is looking to improve his position but Clarke isn't that keen on the idea.

Clarke looks to land a strike but Cohen avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
Clarke got a little sloppy there for a moment and Cohen has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Clarke has managed to get both his arms back between Cohen's legs - danger averted.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Cohen accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
