The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Manhoef misses with a wild combination.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Alpha checks a leg kick.
Manhoef loads up on a big right hand but Alpha slips the punch.
Alpha shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Manhoef as he avoids it easily.

and Manhoef counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Alpha uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Manhoef.
Manhoef swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Melvin Manhoef seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Alpha fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Manhoef avoids it really well and circles away.

Manhoef feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Alpha crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
