Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Tripper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Simon Phoenix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tripper comes to the cage accompanied by Shout 2000. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tripper lands a nice leg kick that just misses Phoenix's sensitive parts.
Tripper cracks a nice hook into Phoenix's ribs.

Tripper has managed to clinch.
Tripper blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Phoenix letting Tripper take a breather here.
Phoenix misses with a hook from the clinch.

Tripper is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Phoenix can't fight it off and eventually Tripper manages to take the fight to the floor. Phoenix looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Tripper not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Tripper seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Phoenix for as long as he can get away with.

Phoenix is working to get back to half guard.

Tripper is working for a guillotine from mount but Phoenix frees his head quite easily.
Tripper throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Tripper cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Phoenix is rocked!

Phoenix is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Tripper locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Phoenix is forced to tap!
