The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stefaniak moves in looking to clinch but Gracie pushes him off.
Stefaniak throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Gracie.
Gracie avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Stefaniak shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Gracie is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Stefaniak avoids the attempt from Gracie to control.
Gracie tries to reverse the position but Stefaniak maintains control.
Stefaniak trying to control but Gracie is having none of it.
Gracie is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Gracie regains half guard.

Gracie is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Gracie gets back to full guard.
Gracie is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Stefaniak postures up in Gracie's guard and throws a big left but Gracie blocks it.
Stefaniak won't allow Gracie to sweep him here.

Gracie is looking for a triangle but Stefaniak pushes his legs off easily.
Gracie bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Stefaniak's guard.

Gracie stands and throws Stefaniak's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Stefaniak is trying to get back to his feet.
Gracie cracks Stefaniak with a big right hand but Stefaniak just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Gracie has an Americana. Stefaniak didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Gracie is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Gracie hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
