Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between James Avalon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Toshiro Mifune (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Tarja Halkonen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Avalon swinging wildly here.
Avalon misses with a left hand
and Mifune counters by moving into the clinch.
Mifune wants to stall.
Avalon has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Mifune tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Avalon paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Avalon is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Mifune rolls with it to try and escape but Avalon cranks on the arm and Mifune is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

In his post fight interview, James Avalon started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
