Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Trevor Gaines (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rasmus Helenius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Helenius is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Eminem: Not Afraid. Rasmus Helenius told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gaines thows a left - swing and a miss!
Helenius ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Gaines looks to land a left hand but Helenius moved out of range nicely.
Gaines misses with an uppercut. Helenius saw that one coming.
Gaines tries to close the distance and clinch up but Helenius swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Gaines uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Helenius.
Helenius throws a hook but Gaines blocks it.

Gaines is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Helenius's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.

Gaines is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Gaines throws a right hand that Helenius ducks under and follows up with a left that Helenius also avoids with ease.
Helenius bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
