The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tolentino looking to score a takedown here. Takahara is defending well but Tolentino drives through and ends up in Takahara's guard.

Takahara is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Takahara bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Tolentino is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Takahara wants to control but Tolentino is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Tolentino is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Takahara is just riding it out for now. Tolentino eventually gives up the hold.

This one could be over very soon! Tolentino goes limp - he's gone! Takahara jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
