The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meridius darts in trying to clinch
and Khan counters with a crisp one two that drops Meridius ! Khan thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Meridius to his feet! Meridius is in big trouble!
Meridius is rocked!
Khan feints and then cracks Meridius 's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Meridius down.
Meridius is still on wobbly legs! Can Khan finish him?
This has been an exciting period of action!
Khan on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Meridius rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Khan counters with an inside leg kick.
Meridius looks gassed!
Meridius looks to clinch
and Khan counters with a big left hand that crumples Meridius ! He was out before he hit the floor! Brutal knockout!
