Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Turk Ransel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nathaniel Edwards (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ransel's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Bro Hymm- Pennywise. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Turk Ransel! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Nathaniel Edwards! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Elvis Blanc and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ransel throws a right hand that Edwards ducks under and follows up with a left that Edwards also avoids with ease. Edwards throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Ransel. Ransel drives through and clinches with Edwards against the cage.
Edwards wants to break the clinch but can't.
Edwards fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Ransel wants to take the fight to the mat but Edwards manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Edwards has clasped his hands together around Ransel's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Ransel can't do much from the bottom here. Ransel is looking to regain half guard here but Edwards keeps moving and retains side control. Ransel is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Edwards wants to get back to his feet.
Edwards is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ransel is looking for a sweep. Edwards is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Edwards wants to get back to his feet.
Edwards decides to stand up. Ransel shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Edwards napping and manages to drive through into side control! Edwards wants to get back to his feet but Ransel drags him back down. Edwards is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Check out the look on Ransel's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Ransel wants to control but Edwards is keeping him busy. Ransel working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Edwards wants to get back to his feet. Edwards is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Ransel lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Edwards down.
Edwards is rocked!
It looks like Nathaniel Edwards has been cut. A big shot lands for Ransel! That's hurt Edwards! Will he recover? Ransel fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Turk Ransel! A determined Turk Ransel didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
