The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Da Costa doesn't seem bothered though.

Da Costa has Miller pressed against the ropes, preventing Miller from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Da Costa lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Miller circles away quickly and effectively.

Miller connects with a right hand. Da Costa shakes it off.
Blackie Miller is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Da Costa takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Da Costa is still on wobbly legs! Can Miller finish him?
Da Costa walks into a jab.
Miller takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Miller walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Da Costa drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Miller swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Da Costa's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
