Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jon Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pat Seber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Jon Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Pat Seber!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, William Gold and Steven Brown.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jones shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Seber is trying to escape the mount.
Jones lands a nice shot to the head.
Jones scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Seber?
Seber sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.

Seber looking for submissions from an awkward position here.

Seber is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Jones pulls his head out easily.
Jones thows a huge punch but Seber dodges it nicely.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Jones takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Jones in particular looking to stall.
Seber is looking to control Jones's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Seber avoid being mounted?

Jones is working for a kimura but Seber is defending it quite comfortably.

Jones wants to pass the guard but Seber is keeping the position.
Seber is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Jones knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Seber on the ground.

Jones slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Jon Jones has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Seber throws a right hand that Jones ducks under and follows up with a left that Jones also avoids with ease.
The fight stays on the outside here - Seber looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Seber swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Jones counters with a shoot takedown. Seber fights it but they end up in guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Jones passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Jones shoots in looking for a takedown but Seber manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Jones's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Seber lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jones circles away quickly and effectively.
Seber tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Jones manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Seber works over Jones's head and body with a nice combination.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Seber.

Jones feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Jones has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Seber is proving hard to escape from.

Seber will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

and Jones counters with a nice double leg into side control. Seber won't be happy with that.

Seber is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Jones is controlling him well.

Jones stands up and we're back to a striking position.
A punch combination from Seber misses.
Seber fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Pat Seber seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Seber shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jones defends it nicely.
Jon Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pat Seber.
Seber is breathing heavily.

Jones shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Seber napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Seber is trying to control Jones's posture but Jones avoids it.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Jones connects with a nice short shot to Seber's temple.

Seber gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Jones has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Seber regains guard immediately.

Seber manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Jones manages to get himself to full guard.
Jones pulls Seber in close to prevent any damage.
Jones striking off his back but it's not causing Seber any problems.

Seber is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Seber is pushing Jones's head away, looking to escape. Jones manages to hold on to the position though.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Pat Seber has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Jon Jones is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Seber loads up on a big right hand but Jones slips the punch.
Seber tries to bum rush Jones with a series of wild strikes but Jones uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Jones, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
