Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vitali Kersikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kersikov comes into the arena with The Offspring - All i Want blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kersikov connects with a single shot there.
It looks like David Wilson has been cut.
Kersikov moves into the clinch.
Wilson's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Kersikov lands a knee to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Wilson is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the ropes.
Kersikov lands a body punch.
Wilson looks gassed!
Kersikov lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Come on Kersikov - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

That has opened up David Wilson's cut even more.
Wilson takes an elbow to the temple.
Kersikov effectively controlling the action here.
Kersikov lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Wilson backwards.
The cut above David Wilson's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Kersikov comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
David Wilson's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at David Wilson's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

During a confident post fight interview, Vitali Kersikov thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
