Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Victor Hawk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrew Wiggin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Victor Hawk!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Andrew Wiggin!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paul Aken and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wiggin drives through and clinches with Hawk against the cage.
Wiggin tries to pull guard but Hawk holds him up against the cage and eventually Wiggin drops back down to his feet.
Wiggin prevents the takedown attempt.
Hawk is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Hawk escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hawk scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Hawk stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Hawk wants it to stay on the feet.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Hawk misses with the combination.
Wiggin misses with a takedown attempt - Hawk sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Victor Hawk has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andrew Wiggin.
Hawk fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Wiggin looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Hawk fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Hawk avoids the head kick by Wiggin.
Hawk lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Wiggin circles away quickly and effectively.
Wiggin misses with a takedown
and Hawk connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Hawk connects with a looping right hand.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hawk stuffs the takedown.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Sloppy strikes from Hawk. Those never looked like landing.
Wiggin pushes Hawk away with a front kick.
Wiggin misses with a head kick.
Hawk scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Wiggin throws a head kick but Hawk moves out of range.
Wiggin has his takedown stuffed
and Hawk counters with a two punch combo.
Wiggin looks gassed!
A punch combination from Hawk misses.
Wiggin looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Hawk scores with a nice strike.
Wiggin misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Hawk misses with an uppercut.
Wiggin misses with a head kick.
Wiggin misses with a body kick.
Hawk scores with a three punch combo!


Wiggin is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Wiggin gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Hawk gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Victor Hawk!
Our winner, Victor Hawk, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
