Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Colt Seavers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Branch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Colt Seavers! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Andre Branch! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Robert Twigg and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice sprawl there from Branch as Seavers shoots in. Seavers shoots in but no luck this time. A punch combination from Branch misses. Seavers fails with an attempt to clinch.
Branch stuffs the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Colt Seavers. That's going to take a lot out of him. Branch fails to land with a series of punches.
Branch scores with a decent looking hook. Seavers fails with a takedown attempt. Seavers tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Branch lands a with a good body shot. Branch throws a leg kick but Seavers sees it coming and moves out of range. Branch lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Seavers takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Seavers has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Seavers there as he acknowledges the shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Seavers feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Branch had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Seavers is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Branch Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Seavers's back instead. Branch looking for the RNC. Seavers looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. Branch is persistently looking for the submission but Seavers is defending it well.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Seavers is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Branch gets his way!

That's two minutes gone in the round. Branch looking for the RNC. Seavers looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. Seavers defending nicely against the rear naked choke attempt.
Seavers rolls, trying to escape but Branch keeps control of the position.
Branch looking for the choke but no joy. Seavers knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Branch on the ground.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Seavers rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Branch in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Seavers tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Branch!
