Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Hunyadi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Masahiku Kimura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for John Hunyadi has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Chris Downing and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kimura tries to score a power double leg takedown but Hunyadi sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kimura somewhat.
Kimura throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Hunyadi lands a slapping body shot.
Kimura looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
A lazy left from Hunyadi finds it's target.
Kimura misses the shot to the body.
Hunyadi cracks Kimura with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Kimura misses with a takedown attempt - Hunyadi sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
John Hunyadi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Masahiku Kimura.
Sloppy strikes from Hunyadi. Those never looked like landing.
Kimura fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Hunyadi avoids it really well and circles away.
Hunyadi comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Kimura looks gassed!
Hunyadi cracks Kimura with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Kimura takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Kimura misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Hunyadi scores with a nice right hand.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hunyadi connects with a right hand. Kimura shakes it off.
Hunyadi is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Hunyadi moves into the clinch.

Hunyadi throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Hunyadi works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Hunyadi is working Kimura over against the cage.
Kimura is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Hunyadi pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Hunyadi lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Hunyadi makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Hunyadi pushes Kimura back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
A right handed body shot lands from Hunyadi.
Kimura's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Hunyadi lands a shot to the body.
Kimura is trying desperately to land a takedown but Hunyadi is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Kimura.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Hunyadi.
Hunyadi scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Hunyadi is pressed up against the cage. Kimura has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Hunyadi down to the mat. Hunyadi avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Kimura takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Hunyadi lands a nice looking body shot.
Kimura takes one to the chin there.
Kimura takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Kimura walks into a stiff left hand from Hunyadi.
Hunyadi connects with a right hand. Kimura shakes it off.
Hunyadi throws out a powerful jab.
Hunyadi lands with a shot to the body.
John Hunyadi is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Kimura takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Hunyadi connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Kimura! He's out on his feet! Hunyadi rushes in and drops Kimura with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). John Hunyadi!
