Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jeeves Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nate Query (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Smith might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to God Save the Queen by The Sex Pistols. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

15 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Nate Query!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Dillan Fox and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith throws a solid leg kick but Query takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Smith.
A low kick from Query is predictable there
and Smith counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Smith throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

and Smith counters with a left to the body.
Query changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Smith looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Smith sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Query throwing shots but Smith is blocking nicely.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That was a close round but I would say that Jeeves Smith will probably get the nod.

Smith has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Query should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Smith has tightened it up now! Query should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
