Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Oscar Hernandez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Unigu Rege (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hernandez comes into the arena with Cocteau Twins - Song to the Siren blaring out of the sound system. Oscar Hernandez is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Gregory Folan and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rege shoots in and bounces Hernandez off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Rege trying to control but Hernandez is working from the bottom.
Rege thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Rege won't allow Hernandez to sweep him here.
Rege prevents Hernandez from getting back to his feet.
Rege postures up in Hernandez's guard and throws a big left but Hernandez blocks it.
Rege trying to control but Hernandez is working from the bottom.
Rege slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Unigu Rege wasn't active enough on the ground.

Horrible takedown by Rege or perhaps it was just good defense by Hernandez which made him look bad.

Hernandez stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Hernandez wants it to stay on the feet.
Rege throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hernandez's waist but Hernandez gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Rege off to one side.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Hernandez changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rege tries to avoid it but Hernandez manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rege to the ground. Rege escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Hernandez fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Rege has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
