Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Chad Campbell and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cote closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Mullen to the mat! Mullen manages to get full guard.
Cote decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
A nice inside leg kick there by Mullen. That's going to slow Cote down.
Frank Mullen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mullen darts in trying to clinch
and Cote counters with a single leg into guard. Mullen didn't expect that.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Cote is taking a breather. Mullen says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Cote really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mullen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Mullen dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Cote. That did some damage!

Mullen seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Cote does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Mullen shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Cote sprawls well. Cote wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Mullen gets slowly back to his feet.

Charlie Cote comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
