The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roberts ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Pudzianowski throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Roberts counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Roberts bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Pudzianowski cracks Roberts with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

It looks like Glenn Roberts has been cut.
Roberts throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Pudzianowski.

Pudzianowski closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Pudzianowski tries to stall but Roberts uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Roberts stops a takedown attempt from Pudzianowski.

Roberts breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Pudzianowski misses with a leg kick.
Roberts uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Pudzianowski.
Pudzianowski misses with a few strikes there.
Roberts takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Roberts connects with a body shot that sends Pudzianowski's belly button to the back.
Roberts digs a good hook to Pudzianowski's body.

Roberts circles away from the clinch attempt.
Pudzianowski takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Pudzianowski throws a sloppy head kick
and Roberts makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Roberts fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Pudzianowski to the ground. Roberts is now in Pudzianowski's guard.

Roberts is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Roberts has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Roberts is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Roberts working over Pudzianowski with some ground and pound. Pudzianowski looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.

Roberts is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Pudzianowski doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Roberts.
Roberts winds up and cracks Pudzianowski with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Pudzianowski can do anything to dispel that myth.

Pudzianowski is looking for a sweep. Roberts is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
