The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hamara needs to keep his hands up - Cummings had a free shot at his head there.
It looks like Anselmi Hamara has been cut.
Cummings throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Hamara counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Hamara throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Tj Cummings seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A jab from Cummings misses.
An inside leg kick from Hamara misses.
Hamara walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hamara uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Cummings.
Hamara smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Hamara shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Cummings defends it nicely.
Cummings avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Hamara fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Cummings manages to avoid it.
Hamara takes a swing at Cummings's ribcage but misses.
Cummings lands a leg kick that knocks Hamara off balance momentarily.
A slapping leg kick lands for Cummings.
Hamara looks gassed!
Cummings cracks Hamara with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Hamara looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Cummings finish him?
Cummings throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Hamara sees it coming and avoids it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Cummings connects with a solid leg kick.
Tj Cummings is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
A head kick by Cummings - that's a beauty! Hamara is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Cummings can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
