Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jake Dollar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and spark plug (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Jake Dollar has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jake Dollar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, spark plug! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Chris Downing and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dollar tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but plug paws at him with a jab and circles away. Dollar shoots for a takedown but plug saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Dollar shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has plug pinned against the cage. plug gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Dollar shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with plug but plug pushes him off and we're back to square one. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jake Dollar. That's going to take a lot out of him. plug rushes Dollar and presses him up against the cage. plug breaks from the clinch.
Horrible takedown by Dollar or perhaps it was just good defense by plug which made him look bad. plug shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Dollar counters with a shoot takedown. plug fights it but they end up in guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. plug doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
plug keeping moving, preventing Dollar from controlling successfully. plug manages to escape and get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dollar with a lazy takedown attempt and plug counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Dollar's guard now. Dollar trying to control the position.
plug slips nicely into half guard. plug is looking to advance position but Dollar won't allow it. Dollar is staying active underneath plug, who seems content to just control the action from this position. plug is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Dollar defends it well. Dollar is breathing heavily. plug seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. plug decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. plug gets cracked there but stands up to it.
plug scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Jake Dollar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dollar scores with a takedown into plug's guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Dollar is sitting in close to plug's body. plug has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Dollar is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Dollar is tapping! That was a very nice submission by plug.
