Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gage R (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brad Finley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Finley has chosen Welcome to the Jungle as his entrance music. Brad Finley will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Finley takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Finley closes the distance looking to clinch
and R counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Finley closes the distance and pushes R back into the cage.

Finley moves out of range of the strikes.

and R connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

R fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

R tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no R has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Finley sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
R wants to free his trapped foot but Finley is holding on for dear life with his legs.
R lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Finley is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of R's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take R's back!
R manages to reverse the position and now he's in Finley's guard. Nice work there by R.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Finley has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but R can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
R content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
A jab lands there for R.

R stuffs the takedown attempt from Finley. Finley gets slowly back to his feet.
R ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Finley moves away.
Finley tries to clinch up.
R will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
R is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
A slow jab from R misses its intended target.

and R cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Finley lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Gage R is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

R rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Finley moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

and R counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Finley doesn't manage to clinch there - R circles away.
Finley tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and R counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

R looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
R walks into a stiff left hand from Finley.
Finley decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

R is looking to improve his position.

R is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.

Finley stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. R swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Finley with a flurry of punches that miss.

R has his feet on Finley's thighs here. He's pushed Finley off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Finley screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
