The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Revens gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Awesome counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Revens shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Revens was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Awesome wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Revens.
Revens wants to control the pace but Awesome is squirming around nicely.

Revens is looking to stand but Revens has his arms wrapped tightly around him, looking to prevent the damage.
